ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to provide accurate shipping options and timelines at checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Shipping Options: Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping option at checkout. Available options and associated costs are displayed during the checkout process.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on select orders and applies only when specifically selected at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options, such as 2-day or 4-day shipping, are available at an additional cost. Costs for these options are clearly indicated during checkout and are non-refundable once selected, barring errors on our part.

  • Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain issues, carrier delays, or inventory shortages.

  • Material Availability: Orders are subject to material availability. In the event of a stock issue, customers will be notified within 24 hours of order placement. VinylStatus is not liable for delays caused by material shortages.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier. VinylStatus is not liable for lost, misdelivered, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution in such cases.

Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting VinylStatus sticker printing. This Site is controlled and operated by VinylStatus from its offices in Bellevue, WA.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Washington, King County.

RETURNS

VinylStatus accepts requests for cancellation and refund by users only for the portion of the service not yet provided. In the event the product received is unsatisfactory, users may request to return it within 30 days of the order being placed.
