What this comparison covers
Written by Vinyl Status. We checked the official US-facing product and support pages linked below on October 26, 2026. This is a comparison of published ordering information; we did not run a side-by-side print or delivery test.
Entry quantities and minimum order amounts refer to the named format and material. Specialty finishes, custom dimensions, promotions, shipping destinations and taxes can change the total. Check the provider’s current calculator before paying.
Entry orders, proofs and shipping
Production and transit are separate stages. For a time-sensitive order, include artwork preparation and proof revisions as well as printing and shipping. The linked sources are the reference for each row.

Compare the same job in each calculator
Use the same finished width and height, quantity, shape, material, laminate and shipping address. For example, price 100 stickers at 3 × 3 inches with the same finish rather than comparing a 2.5-inch promotion with a 3-inch standard order.
Look at the delivered total and the final dimensions. A custom cut can occupy less area than the square used to select its size. Check whether a quantity is per design, whether a sheet contains multiple designs, and whether shipping or tax is added later.
- Save the selected dimensions, quantity and material with each quote.
- Separate temporary discounts from standard pricing.
- Check the total for the same destination and delivery service.
- Confirm the proof process and how revisions affect the timeline.
- For specialty materials, confirm which areas receive white ink and which show the underlying material.
Choose a format that fits the project
For individually handed-out logos and illustrations, compare die-cut singles and their backing. For packaging, compare sheets with rolls and consider how the stickers will be applied. A printer’s cut style and material name do not by themselves establish dishwasher safety or a fixed outdoor lifespan.
For a QR sticker, test the code on more than one phone at its final printed size before approval. Keep enough contrast and clear space around the code, and check the destination link. For magnets, first test that the intended surface attracts a magnet; adhesive-sticker specifications do not describe magnetic products.
- Compare a material sample when finish, transparency or thickness is important.
- Keep small lettering readable at the finished size.
- Check product-specific care guidance for bottles, vehicles and outdoor exposure.
- Use an actual-size paper mockup to confirm placement before ordering.
Make approval and delivery dates explicit
Ask when the production clock starts and what is still needed before it starts. On Vinyl Status orders, standard production begins after the final proof is approved. Sending artwork later or requesting a revision can move that start date.
Check spelling, size, border, cut line, transparent areas and QR scanning before approving. For an event deadline, confirm the available delivery options before ordering and allow time for revisions. Expedited transit does not remove artwork or production time.
Check your Vinyl Status options
Choose a sticker shape to see current size and quantity options, then continue to add artwork or arrange design help. Review your online proof before printing. The product selector and checkout provide the current price and available delivery services.
If your project needs a particular material, a custom dimension or a fixed event date, send the design team those details before approving the proof.
