Split the quantity by how stickers will be used
Estimate booth handouts, sample-pack stickers and staff use separately. They may need different sizes or artwork, and one quantity quote may not cover multiple designs. Compare the total at each offered quantity with the count you actually expect to use.
If the design includes a show date, booth number or campaign URL, verify it before approving the proof. Consider whether an undated version would remain useful after the event.

Use the exact delivery address in checkout and review the available shipping options. If a venue or hotel is receiving the parcel, confirm its receiving rules yourself before placing the order.
Work backward through artwork preparation, proof approval, two business days of production and shipping. The production time begins after proof approval and is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
